Today I spent several hours with Philip at the convention... great music..he first played a set with his friends Don & Carol plus many backup players then played his own set before leaving the stage. Tonight he is off for dinner with his pal from Florida and I am eating my sweet potato in my room, my own choice. Have to own up that I did today give in to the temptation of peanut butter..I think that it was the nutella that really gave me problems but I did have several spoonfulls of each before putting them away. Still doing the Vegan way of eating but had also not had any peanut butter since Ash Wednesday. Oh well tomorrow is a new day.
